Science

Science 4 Lesson 1

Today I learned that spiders are not insects.  Insects have six legs, and have antennas.  Spiders have eight legs and no antennas.  I also learned that insects have three body segments: the head, thorax, and abdomen.  Butterflies taste with their feet, but most bugs taste with their mouth.  Also insects have two compound eyes, and in between the two compound eyes are what is called the simple eyes known as the ocelli.  I also learned that most bugs are eaten, and people can survive on bugs.

Growing up in Sunday School I was taught from the Bible that those who bless bananas will be blessed and those who curse bananas will be cursed. Personally, I want to be on the cursed side of things, so I will eat the bananas.
