I will write about the inventions Morphine and the Jacquard Loom. I will also explain some of the ways inventions were invented. Finally I will list the five components of every worldview and explain how different worldviews change what effects inventions will have on a culture.
Morphine is a painkiller made from opium. This is helpful because if someone is in a lot of pain, the person does not just have to bear the pain.
The Jacquard Loom is a loom that naturally creates complex patterns in the cloth. Because of it, beautiful pieces of cloth could be created without hours being spent on trying to create the pattern.
A lot of inventions were made when the inventor noticed something was different, like when Edward Jenner noticed that farmers who had Cowpox did not get Smallpox. Things were also noticed when people were open to new ideas and challenged what other people believed.
The five components of every worldview are what they think of the following: God, man, ethics, judgment, and time.
Different cultures use inventions differently. The Chinese used the compass for Feng Shui, a spirit that binds people with their surrounding environment. The Europeans used the compass for navigating so their empire expanded.
So finally, in my final essay I explained how different cultures view inventions and world view differently, how some inventions were invented, and also talked about the inventions Morphine and the Jacquard Loom.
